Ability to allow carriers to edit specific fields on their appointment. Currently only able to distinguish by dock not by specific field. 

 

Example: There is a last minute change and we need the SCAC updated. We would not want other detail of the appointment changed but would like the SCAC to be accurate.

    Hello there, Jonathan!

    I see you have SCAC as one of multiple custom appointment fields you've created. Those will be editable by carriers; just bear in mind you currently have a restriction in your dock settings that will prevent carriers from making edits 24 hours or fewer prior to the appointment. You can share this article here with your carriers, which explains how to edit appointments from the carrier portal.
