Editing Appointments on the Carrier Portal

Can I always edit my appointment?
No. Some warehouses may restrict the number of hours carriers can edit prior to the appointment time. If it's the case, please contact the warehouse directly to edit your appointment.

Edit appointment details:

  1. Click the ‘My Appointments’ tab
  2. Select a date range and click ‘Apply’
  3. Click on the appointment that needs to be edited
  4. Click 'Manage Appointment'
  5. Click the pencil icon button to edit
  6. Click "Save Changes" once you're done
