1. YMS:

Asset Audit Logs 

We now display event logs (timeline view) for all assets in the Yard – showing assignments, moves, interactions, and timestamps.
→ More visibility = faster troubleshooting and better accountability.

2. Gate Management: 

More Driver Check-in Languages 

Problem: Many drivers don’t speak English as their first language, making self-check-in difficult.
Solution: We’ve added support for Polish, Arabic, Russian/Ukrainian, and Hindi to the check-in experience.

3. Opendock Now Speaks Spanish, Portuguese, and French Canadian

Problem: As we aim to expand Opendock internationally, language has been a barrier for some of our users.
 

Solution: We’ve added Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Canadian French translations to both the Warehouse Portal and the Scheduling Portal.
Users can update their preferred language under Profile > Language

4. Carrier Insights: Scheduled By & Cancelled By

Problem: Limited visibility into who’s scheduling and canceling appointments. Carrier Compliance with scheduling appointments is a major factor to making Opendock successful and most facilities make sure this is enforced. So it's important we bring visibility of carriers scheduling appointments and cancellations.f our users.
 

Solution: We’ve added data points to show the % of appointments scheduled by carriers vs. internal users, as well as cancellations by carriers.
Note: Cancellations via the Scheduling Portal count as “by carrier.” We know some are phoned in, and we’re working on tracking those better soon!
