Features & Enhancements
1. YMS:
Asset Container Forms
Warehouses can now create customized forms to track additional information on containers (assets) within the yard.
• Track details such as:
✅ Fuel level
✅ Asset contents
✅ Seal number
✅ Chassis condition
✅ Any other internal control or visibility needs
🔜 Coming soon: This information will also be exportable in the list view and reporting tools.
Go to Warehouse > Fields & Forms > Dock & Yard > Asset Details Form for Warehouse
to create and manage the Form for Asset Containers
Add/Edit information on Assets using the Grid View > Asset Details (side modal)
Add/Edit information on Assets using the List View > Expand Asset Information
2. Gate Management:
New Check-in Templates
We’ve updated the Driver Self Check-in Template to make the process even simpler and clearer for drivers.
• Added detailed steps for check-in.
• Included SMS functionality instructions.
The new template is available under:
Warehouse > Settings > Gate Management
3. Appointment Validation Enhancements
We’ve made several improvements to make appointment validation more reliable and transparent:
Better notifications for:
• Unexpected errors
• Timeouts
• Expired SSL certificates
• Server errors
Improved capacity dock management:
• We no longer iterate on child docks when validation previously failed.
Enhanced error messaging for both warehouse staff and carriers.
4. Load Type Forms (Pilot)
We’re piloting Load Type Forms, a powerful feature that allows warehouses to create custom fields specific to each Load Type.
Enables differentiation between Inbound and Outbound operations.
Supports unique workflows for scheduling based on Load Type.
** Limitation: Our Custom Appointment Grid feature does not yet support Load Type-specific forms.
To mitigate this, Load Type fields are currently displayed in the Appointment tooltip (hover-over view).
This is a priority for future enhancement.
