BOL Information
In this document, you can see information for Full Truckload (FTL) and Partial Truckload (PTL) shipments with the same level of detail:
- Description of the commodities being moved
- Underlying carrier
- Option to select "Collect" in payment terms
- Visibility of Appointment Times (APPTs)
In the case of a multi-stop shipment, you’ll see more information to ensure that multi-stop shipments are fully documented, providing clarity on commodity movement and shipment details:
- Per-Stop BOL Pages: the new BOL will generate one page per group of commodities moved from one point to another.
For example: If Commodity A and Commodity B are picked up at Stop 1 and delivered to Stop 2, a single page will list both commodities, detailing Stops 1 and 2. If Commodity C is picked up at Stop 1 but delivered to Stop 3, a second page will be generated, detailing Stop 1 and Stop 3, and listing only Commodity C.
- Master BOL Page: it consolidates information for all commodities and all stops in the shipment. This page will serve as a comprehensive overview of the entire shipment, listing all relevant details.
