Tags allow you to easily categorize and identify important details about an appointment. In Opendock, you can add tags to appointments for better organization and reporting.
Step 1: Create Tags
Before you can proceed, tags need to be created. For detailed instructions, please refer to this article.
Step 2: Apply Tags
Once your tags are set up, follow the steps below to apply or manage them:
- Go to the Appointments Page from the left-hand menu.
- Find and click on the appointment you want to edit.
- Scroll down to the Tags section.
- Enter the desired tag into the text field.
- Press Enter or Tab to save the tag.
Tags help you track and report key information for each appointment, making it easier to manage your schedule.
