I'm trying to add lanes to my contract but I just cannot do it! Can someone help me to figure out what the problem is?

-- You have to fill in the required fields: Origin City, Origin State, Origin Country, Dest City, Dest State, Dest Country, Equipment Type, Volume, Rate, Rate Type, Lane starts, Lane Ends, Award Type, and Min Weight (lbs).
