[CarrierTMS] Notifications based on custom documents

Context: The CarrierTMS allows users to build custom-made documents for different assets. Most commonly, carriers leverage this feature to create records related to maintenance, driver's license, etc. But beyond record keeping, it is not integrated with any notifications or alerts to the user.

Idea: Embedding custom alerts when creating custom documents.
