[Opendock] Tracking Damages

Context: We have the functionality today to support tracking damages (tags/custom fields) and upload photos (custom fields).  There is an opportunity to make this primary feature beyond just a custom field.  Photo upload likely includes a lightweight for users with Bring Your Own Device to easily upload without needing a mobile app.

Idea: Build a solution to help warehouse users track damages, upload photos, and trigger notifications or reporting for appropriate departments.
