How can I prevent carriers from modifying the pallet count an hour before the appointment?

I see carriers making changes to their appointment right before it and it's causing us problems. Is there a setting to prevent that?

    Hi Stephanie!

    There are restrictions you can set for each individual dock to prevent carriers from scheduling, editing and/or cancelling appointments within a specific time frame (say, within 24 hours of the appointment, for example).

    Those can be found by clicking Warehouses on the left > click your warehouse’s name > the Docks tab > then the pencil icon next to the relevant dock. This will get you to the dock’s settings, in which you can set your lead times (restrictions). Don’t forget to save your changes at the bottom of the page!
