[ShipperGuide] Parcel Mode in ShipperGuide

  • Updated

ShipperGuide now supports multi-carrier parcel shipping alongside your existing FTL and LTL freight, so you no longer need a separate tool to manage next-day and small-package deliveries. This means you can rate, book, and track parcel shipments in the same place you already manage the rest of your freight.

Parcel mode shipping is available to users with a paid ShipperGuide subscription plan and requires a separate agreement with Shippo, a third-party parcel shipping label provider, for per-label billing all conveniently available within the same platform where your truckload and LTL shipments already live!

For more information on how to get started, please contact your Loadsmart representative or our Customer Support team at support@shipper.guide.

Which parcel carriers does ShipperGuide support?
UPS, FedEx, and USPS are supported out of the box, with the ability to add additional national and regional carriers as needed.

Do I need my own carrier accounts to ship parcel?
No. You can bring your own accounts (BYOA) for carriers like UPS and FedEx, or use Shippo's USPS master-rate program if you don't have your own account.

Can I create parcel shipments manually, or do they have to come from an integration?
Both. You can enter parcel shipments manually in ShipperGuide or create them through your existing integrated shipment creation flow.

Will parcel shipments show up with my other freight?
Yes. Parcel, LTL, and FTL shipments all appear together in your unified ShipperGuide shipment view.
