• How automated validation works: carrier submits, Opendock checks, only valid appointments get through

• Option 2: File-based validation, no engineering work required - What you can validate today: reference number (usually the PO), warehouse, unit count, and delivery windows, configurable per warehouse
• Live demo of a failed booking, a successful booking, and a reference number booked against the wrong warehouse
