Overview

The Loadsmart Carrier Portal allows carriers working with ShipperGuide shippers to manage and view their freight activity in one place.

Using the portal, carriers can access:

• Upcoming shipments
• Ongoing shipments
• Completed shipments
• Bids
• Tenders
• RFPs from connected shippers

To access the portal, you must have a registered email address and password.

How to Log In

Step 1: Open the Carrier Portal

Go to the following page:

Step 2: Enter Your Login Information

• Enter the email address used to register your account.
• Enter your password.

Step 3: Click “Login”

Click the Login button to access your account.

Important Information

The email address used to log in must match the email address listed in your shipper’s carrier network.

If the email addresses do not match, you may experience login or access issues.
 

Additional Information

After logging in, you can view which shippers have added your email address to their carrier network under the Shippers section in the left-side menu.

This section displays:

• The shipper name
• The date you were added to their network
• The latest shipment activity associated with that shipper
