• Opendock continued to scale globally with customers across the U.S. and internationally

• Over 4,000 warehouses operating on Opendock and 14M+ appointments scheduled through the platform

• Expansion beyond dock scheduling with major investments in execution and visibility, including:

  • Yard Management System (YMS) for yard visibility and execution

  • Yard Tasks to manage yard moves with traceability via audit logs

  • SmartGate integration to bring camera-based gate visibility and automated data capture into Opendock

What’s coming in 2026 (preview):

• More alerts and notifications across the platform to help teams act faster on key events (arrivals, exceptions, damages, and more)

• Enhanced reporting to help visualize performance across scheduling, gate, and yard workflows

• Priority loads / differentiated scheduling to support different carrier/vendor SLAs and operating requirements

• Unit Limiter enhancements, including capacity controls by appointment type and handling units (ex: pallets/cartons), with flexible rule setup and visibility on the grid

• YMS improvements, including more Yard Task capabilities, yard checks, and performance dashboards for yard drivers

• Gate Management updates, including Driver Check-Out, eBOL + eSignature at checkout, and additional security capabilities like driver verification
