Over 4,000 warehouses operating on Opendock and 14M+ appointments scheduled through the platform
Expansion beyond dock scheduling with major investments in execution and visibility, including:
Yard Management System (YMS) for yard visibility and execution
Yard Tasks to manage yard moves with traceability via audit logs
SmartGate integration to bring camera-based gate visibility and automated data capture into Opendock
What’s coming in 2026 (preview):
More alerts and notifications across the platform to help teams act faster on key events (arrivals, exceptions, damages, and more)
Enhanced reporting to help visualize performance across scheduling, gate, and yard workflows
Priority loads / differentiated scheduling to support different carrier/vendor SLAs and operating requirements
Unit Limiter enhancements, including capacity controls by appointment type and handling units (ex: pallets/cartons), with flexible rule setup and visibility on the grid
YMS improvements, including more Yard Task capabilities, yard checks, and performance dashboards for yard drivers
Gate Management updates, including Driver Check-Out, eBOL + eSignature at checkout, and additional security capabilities like driver verification
