📅 Scheduling

✨ Features & Enhancements

Unit Limiter (New Capability)
Warehouses can now define capacity constraints based on both appointments and handling units to better align scheduling with real operational limits.

Key capabilities:

  • Appointment-based limits by:

    • Day or week

    • Dock

    • Load Type

  • Unit-based limits (cartons or pallets) by:

    • Day or month

    • Dock

    • Load Type

  • Load Types can be grouped to share capacity limits

  • Real-time visibility into limit consumption directly in the scheduling grid (Day / Week / Month views)

This enables more predictable throughput and prevents overbooking at both the dock and unit level.

🐞 Bugs & Issues Fixed

  • Fixed an issue where appointment state could unintentionally reset when navigating between subspaces

  • Resolved incorrect or missing latency warning messages under specific appointment conditions

  • Improved appointment modal behavior to prevent broken or incorrect redirects

  • Fixed inconsistencies in appointment search behavior when filtering large datasets

  • Addressed UI inconsistencies in appointment rescheduling flows

🔧 Other Updates

  • Improved Elasticsearch mappings and indexing for appointment search to support better scalability and performance

  • Internal cleanup of scheduling-related configurations in preparation for future capacity and automation features

🚪 Gate

✨ Features & Enhancements

Two-Way Messaging for International Warehouses
Driver communication channels are now automatically aligned to warehouse location:

  • Warehouses in US or Canada use SMS

  • Warehouses outside the US/Canada use WhatsApp

This ensures consistent, reliable driver communication across regions without manual configuration.

Expanded Phone Country Code Support

  • Driver check-in no longer restricts phone numbers by country code

  • The default country code is automatically set based on the warehouse location

  • Supports international and cross-border driver flows with fewer check-in failures

🐞 Bugs & Issues Fixed

  • Fixed WhatsApp opt-in communication issues during driver check-in

  • Resolved UI issues in the redesigned check-in flow related to messaging channel selection

  • Addressed reconciliation flow bugs that caused incorrect date/time handling

  • Fixed issues with vehicle detection state not updating correctly in certain gate scenarios

🔧 Other Updates

  • Documentation updates for reconciliation flow behavior

  • Improvements to internal gate event handling to support future carrier self check-out enhancements
