There are two simple ways to begin generating insight reports and here we cover the options available to you. You can begin by either uploading your own data file or by integrating with ShipperGuide TMS. 

Option 1: File Upload

You can manually upload shipment or order-level data files directly into FreightIntel AI. This is ideal for users who don’t use ShipperGuide TMS or want to analyze historical or external data.

How to get started

1. Prepare your file
   
   
   • Supported formats: .csv
     
     
   • Required fields typically include: Origin, Destination, Carrier, Transportation Mode, Equipment Type, Booked Rate, Pickup Date, Delivery Date, etc.
     
     
2. Upload your data
   
   
   • Navigate to https://app.freightintel.ai/ in your preferred web browser
   • Drag and drop your file or click to upload

      3. View your insights

• • Reports will be generated automatically within seconds
    
    
  • Filter, explore, download, and track progress on insights

Option 2: ShipperGuide TMS Integration

If you're a ShipperGuide user, FreightIntel AI can automatically connect to your TMS account and sync your shipment data - no uploads required.

How to get started

1. Access FreightIntel AI through ShipperGuide TMS
   
   
   • On the ShipperGuide side navigation bar, click on FreightIntel AI

2. Data syncs automatically
   
   
   • Your shipment data is pulled in continuously
     
     
   • No need to manually upload or map fields
     
     
3. Insights in real-time
   
   
   • Insight reports are instantly available and always up to date
