Tender API – Accept/Reject Tender Request

Carriers can accept or reject tenders via API.
Partner carriers can now respond to tender requests using Loadsmart’s public API.

Shipment Milestones API

Carriers can programmatically update shipment milestones.
Partner carriers can now use Loadsmart’s public API to update key shipment statuses (arrival and departure events).

Public Webhooks

Order custom fields now included in webhook payloads.
Customers leveraging public webhooks now receive custom order field data, enabling richer downstream integrations.

Access & Authentication

Single Sign-On / SAML

SSO flow developed (without self-service setup).
Initial development for SAML-based Single Sign-On is complete, allowing for streamlined authentication (admin setup required).

MacroPoint Integration

Broader tracking capabilities through Loadsmart’s tracking service.
Integrated with MacroPoint’s API to improve shipment visibility and benchmark against existing tracking providers.

Finance & Invoicing

Invoices Screen

A new centralized view for all imported invoices.
Users can now access a dedicated Invoices screen that displays all imported invoices, including carrier name, invoice reference, and import date. The page features clear status labels (Pending, Under Review, Approved) and supports filtering and sorting by carrier, status, or date.

Charge Link with Invoices

Link charges to invoices directly within the audit workflow.
Shippers can now associate a specific invoice to a charge during shipment audit. The linked invoice is displayed in the shipment audit view, with the option to edit or remove the link before approval.
