This article provides an overview of user roles in ShipperGuide and their associated permissions.
Admin
Admins have full access to most features within their assigned location, but cannot switch between different location accounts.
Supervisor
Supervisors have the same level of access as Admins, except they can switch between multiple location accounts.
Standard
Standard users have most of the same access as Admins, with the following restrictions:
Standard users cannot:
- Invite or removing other users
- Change user roles
- Edit billing or admin settings
- Add target rates to quotes
- Switch between locations
