This solution allows users to create loads with just a simple email—no logging into the system, no dragging and dropping files, and no manual data entry.

Here's how it works:

1. Send a Simple Email: When you receive a rate confirmation email from a broker or shipper (for example, from Loadsmart), forward that email to create-load@carriertms.io from the same email address you use to access CarrierTMS.

2. System Validation: CarrierTMS verifies the sender’s email address, ensuring it matches your dispatcher profile within the system. If the sender is registered and associated with an organization, the system moves to the next step.

3. Data Parsing: The system then parses the rate confirmation, extracting all the necessary load information directly from the email attachment. This eliminates the need for manual entry, saving time and reducing human error.

4. Load Creation: Once the system processes the email, it automatically creates the load with all the required fields populated. A confirmation email is then sent to the dispatcher, notifying them that the load has been successfully created.

5. Quick Editing if Needed: If the system is unable to extract all the necessary information from the email, the dispatcher will receive an email with a prompt to complete any missing fields. By clicking on the provided link, the dispatcher is directed to CarrierTMS, where they can easily fill in the missing information and finalize the load creation.
