Enhanced Schedule Month View

We’ve upgraded the Month View in the Schedule to provide clearer visibility into your appointments. Instead of displaying just one appointment per day, you’ll now see a summary of appointments per status for each day. This gives you a better snapshot of your schedule at a glance! (See screenshot for reference.)

Simplified Driver Self Check-in Flow

We heard your feedback! The previous check-in flow had too many steps, causing confusion for drivers. To make it easier:

• Drivers no longer need to select whether they have an appointment or not.

• They simply click "Start Check-in", fill out their asset details, and provide any additional info required by the warehouse.

• Multi-Language Support: Drivers can now select their preferred language for check-in! We’ve added French and Spanish to the check-in process—just use the language picker to switch languages easily.

This streamlined process makes check-ins faster and more intuitive for everyone.

Improved Check-in Details in Gate Management

To further simplify check-ins, we have:

• Merged the Check-in Appointment Details and Check-in Asset Details forms into a single Asset Details form in Gate Management settings.

• Rest assured, all check-in data remains intact! You’ll still find all the details in the appointment details modal under Gate Management.

• Planned vs. Unplanned Arrivals will continue to be displayed based on check-in and appointment matches.

These improvements are designed to make your scheduling and check-in processes smoother and more efficient. We appreciate your feedback and will keep working to enhance your experience in Opendock!
