Shippers are now able to fully manage the status of their shipments from “Booked” to “Delivered" with the new Shipment Status Management update found on the Shipment List or within the Shipment Details page in ShipperGuide. This update allows for greater flexibility, real-time updates, and reduced reliance on external applications to manage shipment progression.
Update a Shipment Status from Shipment List:
1. Navigate to the Shipment List.
2. Find a shipment from the list in “Booked” status or beyond to update. Click the shipment status drop down and select the correct shipment status.
Select from the following statuses:
- Booked
- En route to pickup
- At pickup
- En route to delivery
- At delivery
- Accounting Review
Update a Shipment Status from Shipment Details:
1. Navigate to the Shipment Details page.
2. Click on the shipment status drop down. Select the correct shipment status.
Select from the following statuses:
- Booked
- En route to pickup
- At pickup
- En route to delivery
- At delivery
- Accounting Review
The shipment status will automatically be saved when the new status is selected.
