Understanding the Feature

The Statements History feature within CarrierTMS provides a detailed audit trail of all activities related to driver statements, ensuring that every action is recorded and easily accessible.

Key Functionalities:

• Complete Audit Trail: Each entry in the statement, whether made manually or automatically, is logged. This transparency helps your organization quickly identify who made changes and when, enabling you to track down any discrepancies effectively.
• Enhanced Accountability: By documenting all modifications, organizations can ensure that every action is traceable, reducing the risk of misuse or fraud.

How to access it?

You can easily access the statements history by going to the 'Statements' menu.

1. Click on the "More" button on any generated statement
2. Select "View History".

Then you can see everything that happens on the statement and understand if any additional payments, reimbursements, taxes, etc were added or removed from the load. And also you can see who did those actions.
