The Yard Report shows a running tally of all the assets in your yard. When you are first set up with NavTrac, we’ll work with you to obtain an Excel inventory from your premise so we can reconcile it to match what's in your yard. At that point, what’s in your NavTrac dashboard will be what is at your yard.

Periodically, an observation or attribute may be missed. This may be due to the angle of the truck coming in your yard, or if it’s an older asset where the numbers/letters are hard to read or rusted, it might be hard for the camera to see it. If its not visible, our cameras can’t see it so we recommend doing a weekly reconciliation to ensure inventory is matching up correctly what what is in your yard. 

To add an asset: 

On your Reports tab add, click . This enables you to add any asset that may have been missed. Click Save to confirm the action.

To outgate an asset or remove it from the yard: 

On your Reports tab, click the Information icon . You can then select whether you would rather or the transaction.
