[NavTrac] How do I filter and search for specific assets or attribute?

  • Updated

On both the Gate Feed and Reports tabs, you have the ability to filter and search for specific assets (such as trucks, containers, chassis) or attributes (like date, gate direction, etc.).

See the image below with the green box showing the characteristics you can filter and search:

  • Location
  • Gate
  • Direction
  • Categories (Carrier Name, Load #, Load Type, Chassis # etc)
  • Terms
  • Date

The most commonly used is “Load #.” Load # encompasses the container #, trailer #, reefer # or flatbed #.

You can also sort the main fields on your dashboard in ascending or descending order.

For instance, if you want to filter by date so the most recent gate transactions are at the top, then click the arrow next to the field “Date”.

If you want to filter the load numbers in alphabetical order, these will filter them in ascending/descending order.

Note: This is a running record of observations - this will filter all items, not just that day so if you want to filter for a particular day then want to select that timeline.
