You can add custom events to the planner view to help keep up to date with truck maintenance schedules and drivers’ home times.

To add a custom event:

1. Select the day for the truck/driver’s custom event

2. Select the event type (home time, shop, or other)

3. Enter in the description

4. Select the start and end dates

5. Enter in the location

6. Click Submit to add the custom event to the planner

To update a custom event:

1. Click the custom event on the planner to open the event details

2. Update the event details

3. Click Update to submit changes to the custom event

To delete a custom event:

1. Click the custom event on the planner to open the event details

2. Click Delete to remove the custom event from the planner
