Ability to unlink an appointment from an arrival
We all know mistakes happen, right? Or sometimes, things just don't follow the happy path we envisioned.
If by any chance an arrival is tied to the wrong appointment, Gate Management users can now Remove the Link Appointment/Arrival making the Arrival and the appointment go back to their Original Statuses
Ability view Arrival (asset visit) details when creating an appointment from an Arrival
When creating appointments from an Unplanned Arrival customers may need to have on the screen the information the driver has filled to complete the creation of the appointment.
Asset visit (Arrival) details is now displayed on the Create Appointment Modal
Carrier Insights
Improvements to the recently released report
- Date Range Defaulting to January First: The current date defaults to 7/11/24 which is confusing and not intuitive
- Window time cards: Change to +/- 15 min, +/- 30 min….
- Update the Info Page according to the new labels for the cards
- Label for “Completed” appointments - Change to “Finalized Appointments” - add info bubble explaining that Finalized appointments are “Appointments that reached a final status: Completed, No Show, Canceled” → Play around with card width but don’t stress too much about it
- Negative Late Percentage Fix
- Reschedules: Remove from the 100% sum, but still display % of reschedules over total appointments scheduled
- Total # of appointments: Add a card with total appointments - experiment with justify to the central
Warehouse Favorite Carrier Contacts
Ability to favorite a different list of carrier contacts to each warehouse under the same org
Because our list of carrier contacts is very large and global for all Opendock Warehouse Orgs, favoriting most commonly used carrier contacts allows warehouses to decide which contact to display first when scheduling an appointment.
We've had customers telling us how messy it was to sort through a huge list of favorited contacts (to the entire org) when the facility usually works with a much smaller list of carriers and not the same across all warehouses.
We heard them!
They are able now to assign contacts to one, multiple or all warehouses.
