Key Sections of the Analytics Dashboard
Quotes
In the "Quotes" section, you'll see a comprehensive list of all the bids and loads your company is involved in. This section provides a big-picture view of your current participation and available loads. Importantly, it shows loads that have not yet been awarded, allowing you to track and manage your bids effectively.
Quoted Lanes
The "Quoted Lanes" section is where you can see the specific routes for which pricing has been provided. This section includes:
- Information about the routes and associated prices for moving freight.
- Information to help you analyze the lanes and understand if you can adjust your price engine.
Bookings
In the "Bookings" section, you'll find your booking information after loads have been awarded and your commitments to move forward. This section includes the booking details such as shipper name, book date, bid rate, and lane information.
Potential Customers
The "Potential Customers" section provides valuable insights into prospects that Shipper Guide Marketplace is presenting rates to. You can view a list of potential customers along with their contact details, helping you target, build relationships with prospective clients, and set up a line of credit with the shipper on your side of the operation. This includes:
- Customer Provider Information: The name of the customer appears as listed in ShipperGuide.
- Relationship Status: Current relationship status with each shipper. Check more information here.
- Contact Details: Name and email address of the point of contact (POC) for each shipper, who is responsible for carrier selection.
