View and analyze Carrier Behavior across all warehouses.

On Time, Early, Late

Select the cards on the left (+/- 15, 30, 1h, 2h, and same day) to define what is On Time, and see the numbers on On time, Early and Late changing according to what you specified.

Cancelations and No Shows

See percentage of appointments marked as No Show or Canceled per carrier. 

* We do not use tags to pull this data appointments. Only appointments that have had their statuses moved to No Show or Canceled.

Reschedules

See percentage of appointments that at some point were rescheduled by warehouse users or by the carriers

Filtering Options

  • Warehouse
  • Dock
  • Carrier
  • Date Time -> Select the date range you want to analyze the numbers on

Check-ins

Use the Check-in Tab within Carrier Insights to see numbers on Arrivals checked in by Carrier (Gate management self check-in) and by Warehouse (manually marking appointment status as Arrived) as well as Unplanned Appointments

Unplanned Appointments are Arrivals (Check-ins) without appointments where option to Create Appointment from the Arrivals List was selected (meaning: Carrier/Driver did not have an appointment previously scheduled, so the warehouse create an appointment for this arrival from the Arrivals List)

Unplanned Arrivals Without Appointments

For Arrivals without appointments but that were not linked to an existing appointment or had an appointment created for them, we created a view that displays 
- Carrier Name: As filled out by the driver upon check-in
- Count of Arrivals under the same carrier name
