In order to prevent impacts and receiving all Opendock notifications, please have your IT team whitelist us accordingly. 

 

We recommend whitelisting all opendock related domains:

     *.opendock.com

• Some actions in Opendock use Captcha (bot verification) to prevent abuse.
• Captcha connects to the third-party domain google.com.
• You may need to add this domain to your allow list.
• Gate Management (check-in and check-out) is one system that uses this protection.

Websocket connections

Websocket connections are sometimes blocked by default on company networks. Please reach out to your network administrator to ensure that connections to wss://subspace.opendock.com are not blocked. They will need to open both ingress and egress (it will be port 443) and open their proxy.
