  • Updated

Custom Forms Reports:

  • Our reports now allow the option to pull data from custom forms:
  • Check-in
  • Check-out
  • Received Load Inspection (Inbound Inspection and Damages)
  • Shipped Load Verification (Outbound Checks)

The fields are exported in separate columns which is a huge improvement from Custom Fields and Tags. Forms can be filtered in/out of reports and with it, we include/remove all the fields on the form.

Go to Insights > Reporting > Fields to Export

Custom Tiles: Custom Fields Deletion

When deleting a custom field from a warehouse, we now make sure the grid tile configuration setting is also updated, removing any occurrences of that field, when applicable.

Internal Users: Ability to Enable/Disable gate Management

With Gate Management Ramping Up we need Internal users to have ownership and full autonomy over feature usage. They now have an Interface where they can enable/disable and control access to Gate Management

Login as Internal User > Search for the Org > (…) > Choose Option for feature Setup

For Gate Management:

  1. Enable Check-out
  2. Enable Check-in by adding Geo coordinates and Toggling Status to ON

Onboarding: Hiding Getting Started Guide

The Getting Started Guide (self onboarding guide) has been outdated for a while. And because our Ogboardings are masterfully handled by our onboarding team, we realized the Getting Started Guide has been more of a nuisance rather than a helper.

Therefore we decided to get rid of it in, and focus on other strategies that will potentially help newly added users to onboard rather than focus on a account setup guide

Addresses: Allowing for Manual Overwrite

Opendock uses Google to verify facilities addresses. We believe addresses are an important piece for Opendock since Drivers need that information (and for it to be accurate) to get to the Warehouse and fulfill the appointment.

However, not all addresses are correctly covered by google (I know, shocking!) and so to cover for that (especially for some countries outside North America) we now allow for a manual overwrite on addresses.

See option to Enter address manually:

Gate Management: Migration to Custom Forms

You probably have seen for a while that under FIELDS & FORMS there is a section called Gate Management: Check-in and Check-out

You may have also wondered why do we have that if the fields (or form) for check-in is managed inside appointment fields… Well… Not anymore!

We’ve always intended to move/migrate appointment fields to custom forms. And we are starting with Check-in.

  • New Customers purchasing Check-in: Feature should be enabled using the Internal Users Page > Features Setup by adding coordinates and toggling the status as ON; and fields should be managed by users directly under FIELDS & FORMS > Gate Management > Check-in
  • Existing Customers: Are being migrated manually to custom forms: Fields being moved to forms and deleted from appointment fields. An email is being sent to migrated customers for awareness and communication.

General Improvements and Bug Fixes:

  • Fix: Mobile - Cannot scroll on scheduling Portal
  • Fix: Registration email - Misleading Template Text: mentioning scheduling portal when warehouse users are registering
  • Fix: CreatedBy column on custom form data is null when submitting data within appointment status change
  • Fix: Custom Forms - Fields Recently created only visible on the form upon refresh
  • Fix: Custom Forms - Check-in fields Required/not required not being respected (always set as required)
  • Increasing max limit for warehouse grouping
