How Does it Work?
Form 1 - Received Load Inspection
- For inbound shipments
- Record damages or discrepancies (images and note details)
- Warehouse company can use evidence to ensure not paying for damaged goods
- More likely to receive payments/discounts for claimed goods
Form 2 - Shipped Load Verification
- For outbound shipments
- Confirm compliance checks and tasks with staff
- Record documentation of proper loading procedures (images and note details)
- More likely to reduce claims for damages that happen in transit
Settings - Fields & Forms
- Go to FIELDS & FORMS (Under Warehouse) to find and manage fields to be required for each form

Click on the form to check if the form is enabled: Meaning if you can start submitting the form
- Select Manage to Enable/Disable Form and Configure the fields
Manage your Forms
- Use the Search Tool to find Fields to add to your Form OR Add Fields to Your Form (Fields can be used in/across multiple forms)
- Drag and Drop Fields on your Form to reorder them
- Click on the Pencil Icon to Relabel the field on your Form
- Click on the red Icon to Hide a Field from your form
Received Load Inspection
Selecting the Form
- Once Forms are Configured and Enabled, Open the details to the appointment
- Under the tab: Claims Support you will be able to select and submit the forms
- Click on UPDATE FORM

Select Received Load Verification for INBOUND Damages and Discrepancies
Submitting the Form
- Fill out required information Starting with damage Type, description and Evidence, OR Discrepancy Type, description and Evidence
- Once filled out, click on CONFIRM to submit the report
- You will be able to see all information submitted and access file
- A TAGs will be automatically added to the appointment with Damages Reported
Shipped Load Verification
Selecting the Form
- Once Forms are Configured and Enabled, Open the details to the appointment
- Under the tab: Claims Support you will be able to select and submit the forms
- Click on UPDATE FORM
- Select Shipped Load Verification for OUTBOUND Load Integrity Checks
Submitting the Form
- Fill out required information
- Once filled out, click on CONFIRM to submit the report
- You will be able to see all information submitted and access file

Take Pictures and submit evidence to Claims or Load verification checks directly from your phone or any other mobile device!
