Resetting the Password

The scheduling portal now requires a strong password for login, and carriers may be required to reset their passwords. 

Here are the instructions to reset your password: 

  1. Access our login page
  2. Click Forgot your Password



  3. Enter your registered email address > and click Confirm 



  4. You will receive an email to reset your password. Open the email > click the Create New Password button
  5. You will be redirected to a new website. Please follow the instructions provided on the screen
  6. The requirements are listed below and should also appear on your screen. Enter your password > re-enter it below > then click Confirm.

  7. After this, a message will appear at the bottom indicating the password was successfully created. Then, log in using your registered email and the new password.
