The scheduling portal now requires a strong password for login, and carriers may be required to reset their passwords.
Here are the instructions to reset your password:
- Access our login page
- Click Forgot your Password
- Enter your registered email address > and click Confirm
- You will receive an email to reset your password. Open the email > click the Create New Password button
- You will be redirected to a new website. Please follow the instructions provided on the screen
- The requirements are listed below and should also appear on your screen. Enter your password > re-enter it below > then click Confirm.
- After this, a message will appear at the bottom indicating the password was successfully created. Then, log in using your registered email and the new password.
