The Checkout feature is part of Opendock’s Gate Management solution and allows for your facility to have a checkout process where you can capture the information required for checkout (such as seal number) and from there, open a damage record (allows for damage description, type, and picture upload)

Checkout also allows for:
- Pulling easy and clean reports
- Keeping records on checkout time (timestamp)
- Tagging appointment as Checked-out for better visibility


The Checkout fields can be found under Warehouses > Fields and Forms (tab) > Checkout (once the feature is enabled).
