Cancelling an Appointment

  1. Click on My Appointments and from your appointments list, select the one you want to cancel
  2. At the top bar, you will find the Cancel option.
  3. Insert the reason for cancellation
  4. Confirm the cancellation

Reminder: Do not cancel an appointment if you need to change the date/time and have the Rescheduling Option enabled. Prefer Rescheduling it so all other details of the appointment are maintained

Note: Allowing for Cancelling an appointment is an option of the Warehouse. If you don’t see the option to cancel the appointment, opt to reschedule or reach out to the warehouse directly.
