Steps to Cancel an Appointment

  1. Navigate to My Appointments and select the appointment you want to cancel.
  2. Click on the Cancel option in the top bar.
  3. Enter the reason for cancellation when prompted.
  4. Confirm the cancellation.

Important Considerations

Rescheduling vs. Cancelling

- If you need to change the date or time and have the Rescheduling Option enabled, do not cancel the appointment. Instead, reschedule it to retain all other appointment details.

Warehouse Cancellation Settings

- Some warehouses may disable the cancellation option.

If you do not see the Cancel option, try rescheduling or contact the warehouse directly for assistance.
