Rescheduling an Appointment

  1. Click on My Appointments and from your appointments list, select the one you want to edit or reschedule
  2. At the top bar, you will find the Reschedule option.
  3. Select a new date and time for the appointment and click on Reschedule button.
  4. A confirmation message will show up and the appointment will be updated with a new time/date

    Note: Allowing for Rescheduling appointments is an option for warehouses. If you don’t see a reschedule option, it means this was disabled by the facility. Contact the warehouse if you need to reschedule.
