If you need to change the date or time of an appointment, follow these steps to reschedule:
Steps to Reschedule an Appointment
- Go to My Appointments and select the appointment you want to edit or reschedule.
- Click on the Reschedule option in the top bar.
- Choose a new date and time for the appointment.
- Click the Reschedule button to confirm.
- A confirmation message will appear, and the appointment will be updated with the new time and date.
Important Notes
1. Rescheduling Availability
- The ability to reschedule appointments is controlled by the warehouse.
- If the Reschedule option is not available, it means the facility has disabled this feature.
2. Need Assistance?
- If rescheduling is not an option, contact the warehouse directly for further support.
