[Opendock] Rescheduling an Appointment

If you need to change the date or time of an appointment, follow these steps to reschedule:

Steps to Reschedule an Appointment

  1. Go to My Appointments and select the appointment you want to edit or reschedule.
  2. Click on the Reschedule option in the top bar.
  3. Choose a new date and time for the appointment.
  4. Click the Reschedule button to confirm.
  5. A confirmation message will appear, and the appointment will be updated with the new time and date.

Important Notes

1. Rescheduling Availability

  • The ability to reschedule appointments is controlled by the warehouse.
  • If the Reschedule option is not available, it means the facility has disabled this feature.

2. Need Assistance?

  • If rescheduling is not an option, contact the warehouse directly for further support.
