Registering and Login

  1. To register to the Scheduling Portal all you need to input is your Name and email as well as setup a safe password.
    You can register to Opendock Scheduling Portal on this URL:
  2. Once you’ve registered, you will receive a confirmation email. Open it and click on “Activate my Account” button
  3. After Activating account, you will be directed to the login page and can now login to the Scheduling Portal (tip: save your credentials)
  4. Final step is, after login, you will be required to choose a carrier company.

Carrier Company:

  • Search for you company using USDOT or Company Name.
  • If your company does not show up on search results, you can create a new carrier company by clicking on “create a new company”
  • New company required information is Country and Company Name.

    After completing these 4 steps, you are all set to start scheduling appointments!
