Carrier TMS integrates with Pilot Flying J, enabling users to import fuel card statements directly from Pilot Flying J automatically
Important: Carrier TMS and Pilot Flying J integrations require SFTP (secure file transfer protocol) credentials to connect. Please reach out to your Pilot Flying J representative to set up your SFTP credentials for this integration.
To connect Pilot Flying J fuel card integration:
1. On your Carrier TMS account, go to Settings > Integrations > Fuel Card
2. On the Pilot Flying J integration card, click Install.
Important: If there is no integration card available, please let us know by submitting a request from the Community help center.
3. A pop-up window will open. Enter your Pilot Flying SFTP Login and Password.
If you are unsure of your SFTP credentials, please contact your Pilot Flying J representative to create one.
4. Click Connect.
The integration will be connected and new fuel card transactions will automatically be imported to your Carrier TMS account. The integration will check every hour for new fuel transactions from Pilot Flying J to import. You can find the transactions by going to Reporting > Fuel > Fuel Summary.
Keep in mind that any transactions that occurred before the integration was established will not be imported automatically. You'll need to add those previous transactions manually by clicking Import fuel card statement > select Pilot Flying as the fuel card provider to import the fuel card statement from Pilot Flying J.
