Why does Universal Factoring exist?

With CarrierGuide, you can easily send multiple invoices to your factoring partner with just a single click. If your factoring company isn't integrated with CarrierGuide, you can still send invoices using Universal Factoring.

You can now configure your factoring company email and choose your preferred load ID (either the CarrierGuide load ID or the load’s reference number). After setting this up, you can send invoices individually or all at once by simply clicking one button.

Please note that Universal Factoring is NOT an integration.

To enable this feature, please send a request to the CarrierGuide team.

After Universal Factoring has been enabled, follow the steps below:

1. Go to General Settings > Accounting.
   

2. Under Factoring Information, enable the Direct-to-Factoring Invoicing toggle. 
   

3. Fill out the Factoring email, Preferred Load ID, Factoring Company details, and their client number.
