The Quote List displays a record of all the quotes created on ShipperGuide and will track the statuses. In this article, we will cover where to view the status of quotes and how those statuses are defined.
On your left dashboard, click Quotes to view all your existing quotes.
A recently created quote that has not been rated by any carriers. As soon as the quote is rated, i.e. via the Loadsmart Instance Price rate, the status will move to Quoting.
There are one or more rates available for the quote.
Booking offer has been sent to the selected carrier and is pending carrier response.
Booking offer has been accepted by the carrier.
Booking offer has been rejected by the carrier. If a quote is still under this status users can still invite new carriers to bid or select a different carrier rate to send the booking offer to.
The pickup date of the quote has passed. To make the quote valid again, update the pickup date directly on the Quote or on the corresponding Shipment.
- Carrier rates originally sent can be selected to send booking offers for the updated pickup dates.
- The selected carrier will have the option to accept or reject the modified dates updated on the quote.
- Select the Loadsmart rate and click refresh rate on the checkout page for the updated Loadsmart Instant Price rate.
