[CarrierGuide] Loadsmart Loadboard Integration

CarrierGuide connects with Loadsmart's loadboard, enabling users to book loads directly through CarrierGuide.

By default, Loadsmart loads will be available under Operations > Load Board. However, you won't be able to book them until the integration is installed.

 

To install the integration:

Important: Before installing the integration, make sure that you register on Loadsmart RMIS through this website https://loadsmartcarriers.rmissecure.com. You must be an approved carrier for Loadsmart before integrating.

After that, proceed with the installation steps:
1. Login to CarrierGuide: https://app.carrierguide.com/ 
2. Go to Settings > Integrations > Loadboards
3. On the Loadsmart integration card, click Install

4. A pop-up window will appear. Follow the instructions as you go through the sections:

  • MC & DOT Number
  • Contact Information
    • First and Last Name
    • Email - The email address provided during the installation process will be used to receive Rate Confirmations after you accept a load.
    • Phone number
  • Documents
    • W9
    • Certificate of insurance
    • Letter of authority
  • Approval Pending - It could take up to 3 days for Loadsmart to approve your integration request. If you haven't received approval after that time, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.

 

Important: If you don't have an account with Loadsmart yet, an account will be created for you automatically based on your MC and DOT number.

The mobile loadboard is already available for all carriers with an active loadboard integration:
With the updates to CarrierGuide’s loadboard, when users access CarrierGuide on their mobile devices, they can see all loads, search, filter, and reorder. If the carrier is approved to view Loadsmart loads, they can also book loads directly from their phones.
