On the Reporting > Revenue menu, you can see the Revenue Report for dispatchers, drivers and trucks in one single page and analyze your key revenue performance indicators through reliable broken-down information about your operation.

This report shows results listed by Dispatcher/Driver/Truck name, quantity of Loads (for dispatchers) or Segments (dor drivers and trucks), Average Rate Per Mile (RPM) amount, Average Loaded Rate Per Mile (RPM) amount, Revenue amount, Empty Miles and Loaded Miles.

You may filter by date (either drop-off or pick-up) and by load types, and the filters remain while navigating between the Dispatcher, Driver and Truck tabs.

When you click on one of the results, you will see a drill down with more details about that result, listing all loads included on that filter.

You can download a CSV file of the report by clicking on the Download Report button.

The data you will have on each file is:

  • Dispatcher:
  • Dispatcher
  • Email
  • Loads
  • Avg RPM
  • Avg Loaded RPM
  • Revenue
  • Empty Miles
  • Loaded Miles
  • Score

  • Driver:

  • Segments
  • Avg RPM
  • Avg Loaded RPM
  • Revenue
  • Empty Miles
  • Loaded Miles

  • Truck:
  • Name
  • Owner
  • Loads
  • Avg RPM
  • Avg Loaded RPM
  • Revenue
  • Empty Miles

Important:

  • Loads with 0 miles and canceled loads/canceled loads with TONU are not included in the Revenue Reports.
  • Loads with a single segment, but having team drivers have the revenue split 50/50 on Driver report.
  • Loads with multiple segments having different drivers (or trucks) have the revenue split proportionally over miles.
  • Segments with unassigned drivers/trucks will appear under a "Unassigned" line.
  • Revenue is calculated proportionally to the number of miles.
