Docks can be deactivated so they do not show either on the warehouse calendar grid or on the Scheduling Portal.

Deactivating this dock will:

• Keep intact all data from past and future appointments scheduled with this dock
• Automatically hide this dock from the Scheduling Portal
• Deactivate all parallel capacity associated with this dock

Note: Inactive docks can be reactivated at any time.

You can deactivate a dock on the Docks tab of a warehouse's settings. Click the button indicated under 'Actions' and the Active/Inactive toggle will appear.

In order to reactivate an inactive dock, click the toggle button to show inactive docks and click the same three-dot button to activate it.
