Reserves allow you to block one or more slots on the carrier portal, preventing appointments from being scheduled during those times.
Creating a Reserve
- On the Opendock page, go to the Appointments menu on the left.
- Click Day (1) to switch to Day View on the grid.
- Click the lightning icon (2) next to the slot you want to reserve.
📌 Once created, the reserved slot will appear as a darkened block on the grid.
Editing a Reserve
You can modify an existing reserve in two ways:
Using the Edit Button
- Click on the reserved slot to open its details.
- Click the edit button (pencil icon).
- Update any of the following:
- Reserve name
- Reserve date
- Start and end times
- Click Save to apply changes.
Drag to Resize
- Click and drag the bottom edge of the reserved slot to expand or shorten its duration.
Deleting a Reserve
- Click on the reserved slot.
- Click the delete button at the bottom.
- Confirm deletion to remove the reserve.
