Carrier ETA Notifications

To receive email notifications when a carrier adds their ETA to an appointment, you can enable these notifications either through My Organization or Warehouse Settings.

Step 1: Create ETA Tags

First, create the following ETA tags under My Organization:

  • ETA: Early
  • ETA: Late
  • ETA: OnTime

Step 2: Enable Notifications

Follow the steps for My Organization or Warehouse Settings as described above to enable notifications for the ETA tags.

By setting up tag notifications, you can stay informed about important changes to appointments, such as carrier ETA updates, ensuring that your team is always in the loop.
