Customize Your Email Notifications
Warehouse users can configure their email notifications. You can provide important information like check-in instructions, fees, or compliance info. Determine which fields to include or hide for every email type. You can also choose the order of the appointment fields to ensure the most crucial info takes center stage.
Check it out by going to My Organization > Settings > Appointment Notifications > Edit/Pencil Icon:
The different items that can be customized are the following:
ID type to be displayed
You can choose between Reference Number and Confirmation Number as the identification number displayed at the top of the notification.
If the Reference Number Display Name has been customized, it will show accordingly in the notification email.
This section can be used to display custom information in different styles. These are:
1. Neutral (keeps the style of the rest of the email)
2. Info (highlights the text in blue)
3. Alert/Critical (highlights the text in red)
Select and Order Appointment Details
Warehouses can select appointment details relevant to them to be displayed in the notification email and also order them.
Each notification template can be customized independently by using the Edit/Pencil icon:
