Warehouse users now have full control over customizing appointment email notifications to better suit their operational needs. Whether you're sharing check-in instructions, compliance policies, or fee details, you can decide what content appears, how itβs formatted, and in what order.
Where to Customize Notifications
You can customize appointment notifications at two levels:
Organization-Level Settings
Changes here will apply to all warehouses under your organization. To access:
- Go to My Organization
- Click on Settings
- Navigate to Appointment Notifications
- Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the notification type you want to customize
Warehouse-Level Settings
Customize notifications for a specific warehouse only. To access:
- Go to Warehouses
- Select the warehouse you want to edit
- Click on Settings
- Navigate to Appointment Notifications
- Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the desired notification type

What Can Be Customized?
1. ID Type to Display
Choose which identifier appears at the top of the notification:
- Reference Number
- Confirmation Number
If youβve customized the display name for the Reference Number, that name will be shown in the email.
If the Reference Number Display Name has been customized, it will show accordingly in the notification email.
2. Content Block
Insert a custom message section into your email using one of these styles:
- Neutral β Matches the default email style
- Info β Highlights your message in blue
- Alert/Critical β Highlights your message in red for urgency

3. Select & Order Appointment Details
Choose which appointment fields to include in the notification and rearrange them to emphasize the most important details first.
