How do I delete a quote?

This article will cover how to delete quotes from your ShipperGuide account.

Quotes in Booked, Tendering, and Tendered status can not be deleted
Quotes in Quoting, Expired, and Tendered Rejected statuses can be deleted. The linked shipment status will revert to New.

To delete a quote:

1. Click Quotes to view your quotes list on your left dashboard.

2. Select the quote you want to delete or select multiple quotes to delete in bulk.

3. Click ACTIONS > Delete.

4. A pop-up window will prompt you to confirm if you want to delete the quotes. Quotes Booked, Tendering, and Tendered statuses will be ignored and stated on the pop-up window.

Click DELETE QUOTES.
