CarrierGuide allows you to add your fuel card transactions, which gives you the ability to deduct those transactions from your driver’s statements automatically.

This article will cover:

• How to add fuel card transactions manually
• How to import fuel card statements from your fuel card provider
  

So, to add fuel card transactions manually:

1. On your left dashboard, go to Reporting > Fuel
2. On the Fuel Summary tab, click Add fuel card transactions
3. A popup page will appear, where you need to fill in the transaction details.
4. Click on Save
   
   

Import fuel card transactions:

1. On your left dashboard, go to Reporting > Fuel
2. On the Fuel Summary tab, click Import fuel card statement
3. In the popup window that will appear, select your fuel card provider. 
4. Follow the steps according to the provider selected and click Import.

The fuel card transactions will be added to CarrierGuide. If you are experiencing issues importing the statements, please send a copy of the document file to the support team for further assistance.
