This article will cover adding a receipt to a driver's profile and statement.
To add a receipt to a driver's profile:
1. Go to Fleet > Drivers > select a driver
2. On the driver's profile, click on the Accounting tab
3. Go to the Receipts section and enter the following information:
- Receipt date
- Description
- Category
- Amount
- Receipt document
4. Click Upload
The receipt will be added to the driver's profile under the Receipts section. To delete the receipt, click the trash icon next to the receipt.
Important: Receipts that are linked to statements can't be removed directly from the driver's profile. You'll need to delete the receipt from the statement first before you can remove it from the driver's profile.
To add a receipt to the driver's statement:
1. Go to Accounting > Statements
2. Select a driver statement you would like to attach the receipt.
3. Go to the Receipts section of the driver's statement page and click Add Receipt
You can either upload a new receipt or choose one from the receipts already saved in the driver's profile.
4. Click Add to statement
Important: Driver statements do not include receipt files, as these files are intended for internal use only.
